Redevelopment Project
Mt. Xavier Golf and Bowls Club has existed since conception over 70 years ago on its current location. The current owners of a portion of the land the facility is located on have advised that they intend not to extend our current lease beyond May 2024.
Out of this challenge has risen a great opportunity. The club is seeking to relocate the club house, bowling green and a number of golf holes on adjacent crown land.
However, this project will be costly. Hence, the club is seeking donations to fund this project. This project has been registered with the Australian Sports Foundation.
